You will work closely with the Founders and Leadership Team, gaining broad exposure across corporate governance, legal and regulatory matters, finance, strategic initiatives, investor relations, and Responsibilities\nAs a Company Secretary, you will have the opportunity to work across:\nCorporate Governance & Secretarial Functions - Managing statutory and secretarial compliances, board processes, corporate governance requirements, and related documentation.\n\nLegal & Regulatory Affairs - Supporting legal and regulatory matters and coordinating with external legal and compliance advisors.\n\nFinance & Corporate Strategy - Working closely with Finance and leadership on corporate structuring, strategic initiatives, and related matters.\n\nHR & ESOP Administration - Supporting ESOP-related processes, corporate records, and employee-related corporate compliance.\n\nInvestor Relations & Fundraising - Supporting fundraising processes, due diligence, investor documentation, and related corporate requirements.\n\nBusiness Operations & Strategic Projects - Contributing to cross-functional projects and initiatives that have a direct impact on the business.\n\nFounder’s Office - Working closely with the Founders and Leadership Team on business-critical and strategic priorities.\n\nInternational & Cross-Border Compliance - Supporting compliance and governance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.\n\nYou will also work with legal, tax, compliance, and other external advisors, contributing to the development of governance frameworks that enable the business to secretarial, and regulatory compliances.\n\nDemonstrates strong drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nCan work effectively across Legal, Finance, HR, Business, and Leadership teams.\n\nTakes ownership and accountability for their work and delivers with a high degree of attention to detail.\n\nIs commercially aware and interested in understanding the business beyond their functional role.\n\nIs intellectually curious and comfortable taking on responsibilities outside traditional Company Secretary functions.\n\nThrives in a fast-paced, evolving, and high-growth
