From day one, you'll be embedded in real projects, working alongside experienced Project Managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA engineers. You'll get structured mentorship, real responsibility, and a clear path to grow.\nYou report to and are mentored by our COO, working within our team of Project Managers.\nWhat you'll learn & do\nAs you ramp up, you'll be progressively involved in: Requirements & product concepts - Support the engineering and documentation of business requirements in collaboration with clients (e.g. low-fidelity mockups & documentation in Confluence)\nBacklog management - Learn to create, maintain, and prioritize development backlogs in Jira under the guidance of your mentor\nProject tracking - Assist in planning and monitoring software development projects with respect to scope, timeline, and budget\nAgile ceremonies - Participate in and gradually co-facilitate refinements, planning sessions, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives\nClient communication - Support documentation, client reporting, and product-related communication\nWorkshops & meetings - Shadow and then co-run recurring client meetings and feedback sessions\nTime & invoicing - Get familiar with project time tracking and invoicing workflows\nActively explore and apply the latest AI tools to continuously improve our software development and project management workflows.\nWhat you bring\nMindset & soft skills\nCommunicative, sociable, and energetic personality\nEager to learn and not afraid to ask questions\nStrong self-organization and a sense of ownership-even as a beginner\nGood communication skills in English and German\nHard skills & background\nCurrently studying or recently graduated in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field\nFirst exposure to software development projects (internships, university projects, or personal projects count)\nCurious about AI tools and how they can boost productivity\nAbility to structure and document thoughts clearly\nAny experience with agile methods, Jira, or Confluence is a plus-but not required\nWhat you'll get\nReal mentorship -
