We invite you to learn more about career opportunities with us and consider submitting your application.\n\nFoundry Electrical Engineering ManagerPosition Summary\nLeads plant facilities, infrastructure, engineering, and capital projects to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant foundry operations. Responsible for facility systems, utilities, asset reliability, capital planning, and continuous improvement while supporting production and business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage plant facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems including electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water, gas, and fire protection systems.\nLead capital projects, facility upgrades, equipment installations, and infrastructure improvements from planning through commissioning.\nDevelop long-term asset management, reliability, and facility improvement strategies.\nPartner with Operations and Maintenance to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support production needs.\nProvide engineering support for foundry operations, including furnaces, dust collection, cooling systems, cranes, conveyors, and material handling equipment.\nEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, building, and regulatory requirements.\nManage engineering and facilities budgets, capital expenditures, contractors, and vendors.\nIdentify opportunities for cost reduction, energy efficiency, and process improvement.\nLead and develop engineering and facilities personnel while supporting a positive safety culture and effective labor relations.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.\n5+ years of engineering, facilities, maintenance, or manufacturing experience.\nPrior leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nExperience managing capital projects, contractors, budgets, and facility systems.\nStrong knowledge of industrial utilities, infrastructure, reliability, and safety requirements.\nExcellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFoundry, heavy manufacturing, or industrial experience.\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred.\nExperience with CMMS, asset management, and reliability programs.\nKnowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, utility, and fire protection systems.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.\nKey Performance Indicators\nFacility and equipment reliability\nCapital project execution and budget performance\nDowntime reduction\nMaintenance and facility cost control\nEnergy efficiency improvements\nSafety and environmental compliance\nAsset risk reduction and continuous improvement result\n\nOther Compensation & Benefits:\nMueller offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
