You’ll work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to understand needs, improve processes and turn requirements into effective solutions for our clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead requirements workshops and interviews with stakeholders, then document business and functional requirements\nAnalyse current (As-Is) processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design improved (To-Be) processes\nWrite BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps (BPMN)\nAct as the link between business users and technical teams through design, build and testing\nKeep the product backlog prioritised and support sprint planning in Agile teams\nPlan and coordinate UAT: write test scenarios, support users, and track defects to closure\nAnalyse data and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making\nManage stakeholder expectations, change requests and scope throughout the project\nPrepare training materials and user guides, and support go-live and post-implementation reviews\nand hypercare\nSupport demand intake, release planning and continual improvement of the platform\nRequirements\nRequirements\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or digital transformation projects\nStrong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation and process modelling\nHands-on experience writing user stories and working in Agile/Scrum teams\nProficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart, and MS Office\nData analysis skills;
