tailored to business user requirements.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide BI solutions that align with business goals.\nDevelop and optimize data models and queries to ensure high performance and accuracy.\nImplement best practices for data governance, data quality, and security within Power BI projects.\nProvide training, support, and documentation to end-users and team members.\nMaintain and update existing Power BI reports and solutions to adapt to changing business needs.\nStay current with the latest Power BI features, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve BI capabilities.\nWork closely with IT and data teams to integrate Power BI with various data sources.\nRequirements\n3 to 5 years of practical experience in creating Power BI reports and dashboards.\nAdvanced skills in DAX and Power Query (M Language).\nExtensive experience in data modeling and combining data from various sources.\nGood knowledge of data visualization best practices.\nExperience in publishing, managing, and maintaining reports within the Power BI Service.\nCapability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.\nStrong communication abilities and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\nDemonstrated experience as a Power BI Consultant or Developer with a robust portfolio of Power BI projects.\nIn-depth knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.\nHands-on experience with SQL and integrating Power BI with diverse data sources.\nAwareness of data governance, data quality, and security best practices.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to transform business needs into efficient BI solutions.\nAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with other BI tools and analytics platforms is advantageous.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMicrosoft certification
