Catalog.\nConduct workshops and process mapping sessions to establish best practices within ServiceNow.\nParticipate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in the go-live support process.\nProvide ongoing support and training for users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the ServiceNow platform.\nWork closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.\nStay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continuously provide value to clients.\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.\nA minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant or in a similar functional role.\nProven knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.\nStrong understanding of ITIL concepts and practices in relation to service management.\nExcellent analytical skills to assess client needs and align them with ServiceNow best practices.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.\nAbility to effectively
