gather requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs for SPM modules including demand management, project portfolio management, resource management, and financial planning.\nDevelop and enforce best practices and governance frameworks for effective portfolio oversight.\nIntegrate SPM solutions with other ServiceNow modules and external systems to provide end-to-end visibility and reporting.\nDrive automation of workflows to improve process efficiency and data accuracy.\nProvide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams and project managers.\nEnsure solutions meet compliance, security, and scalability standards.\nStay updated on ServiceNow SPM capabilities and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.\nAt least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).\nStrong understanding of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies and best practices.\nExperience in designing and delivering ServiceNow SPM solutions including demand, resource, and financial management.\nProficiency with ServiceNow architecture principles, configuration, and integration techniques.\nEffective communication skills, capable of working with business stakeholders and technical teams.\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a
