Develop strategy to support, enhance and implement new technology to meet business requirements. The role is responsible for providing support, maintenance, and development for the Salesforce Securities instance for MUS and MUFG Bank\nRoles and Responsibilities\nSalesforce Dev Lead is responsible for providing support and guidance to the offshore dev team to perform their activities in a timely manner.\nSalesforce Dev Lead is accountable for performing production releases to the platform\nDevelop Salesforce solutions adhering to platform best practices, including custom platform development, back-office system integrations (often using middleware tools), and complex data migrations.\nEffectively communicate with business stakeholders to understand their problems and provide tailored solutions.\nManage Business as Usual (BAU) and production platform ownership.\nSchedule and lead monthly calls with business stakeholders to explain the status of backlog JIRA items, discuss priorities, and create the next release plan. Manage daily calls with Development and QA teams.\nParticipate in development workstreams from design through testing and deployment.\nWork on projects following the Agile software development model.\nAssist in creating technical design and functional specifications.\nCollaborate with project leadership to estimate work effort and set realistic development schedules.\nTroubleshoot technical issues and identify necessary modifications.\nExperience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes.\nWork in a team environment with both onshore and offshore developers.\nWork closely with the client team for knowledge transfer and education.\nJob Requirements:\n10+ years of experience in Configuration and Customization of Salesforce platform applications, development and support.\nExperience with the Following CloudsSales Cloud\nMarketing Cloud Account Engagement\nCRM Analytics Knowledge\n\nProficient in APEX (batch classes, triggers), Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Salesforce standard configuration, sharing rules (standard and custom), workflows, process builders, flows, integrations, and custom objects.\nStrong object-oriented development skills.\nRecognized as a subject matter expert on the team for Salesforce.\nDirect experience in software development, programming design, and systems management.\nExperience with Salesforce CLI (SFDX) for building automation and using tools like Visual Studio Code.\nExperience in developing and generating detailed analytical reports on customer behaviors, sales trends, and campaign performance.\nExperience with JIRA, Bitbucket/GIT for source control, and CI/CD.\nExperience providing guidance to the junior team members.\nExperience in setting up AI agents (Agentforce / Co-pilot) & exposure to Vibe Coding in Salesforce.\nHelp in providing strategic and tactical solutions where possible.\nPreferred\nFamiliarity with HTML, XML, JSON, jQuery, SOAP, AJAX, JavaScript (including modern libraries), Adobe Flex, Java, JSP, PHP, .NET, SQL.\nKnowledge of Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase.\nAbility to rapidly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies.\nExperience with other CRM software (Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) is a plus but not required.\nExperience as a Scrum Master.\nRelevant certifications such as Certified Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II.\nnCino / FSC configuration knowledge.\nHas an interest in keeping up with the latest Salesforce technology news.\nEducation / Qualifications:\nDegree and / or equivalent experience.\nMitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
