The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in end-to-end monitoring, event management, ServiceNow integration, dashboard engineering, and automation.\nThis role will work closely with Infrastructure, Application, Network, Security, Cloud, and Service Management teams to deliver a unified observability framework, improve operational visibility, accelerate incident resolution, and drive proactive monitoring across enterprise services.\nKey Responsibilities\nDynatrace Platform Administration & Architecture\nAdminister and manage the Dynatrace SaaS platform, including OneAgent, ActiveGate, extensions, integrations, and tenant configurations.\n\nDesign and maintain scalable observability architecture supporting infrastructure, applications, databases, middleware, network, and cloud environments.\n\nConfigure monitoring policies, management zones, tagging strategies, alerting profiles, and role-based access controls.\n\nLead platform upgrades, configuration optimization, and adoption of new Dynatrace capabilities.\n\nMonitoring & Observability Engineering\nDevelop and implement enterprise-wide observability solutions covering metrics, logs, traces, synthetic monitoring, and real-user monitoring (RUM).\n\nConfigure infrastructure, application, database, middleware, network, and Kubernetes monitoring.\n\nCreate custom monitoring extensions and automation workflows using Dynatrace APIs.\n\nDevelop AI-driven monitoring use cases utilizing Dynatrace Davis AI for anomaly detection and root cause analysis.\n\nServiceNow Integration & Event Management\nDesign, implement, and support integration between Dynatrace and ServiceNow ITSM/Event Management platforms.\n\nConfigure automated incident creation, event correlation, deduplication, and alert enrichment.\n\nImplement bidirectional synchronization between Dynatrace events and ServiceNow incidents.\n\nIntegrate monitoring events with CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management workflows.\n\nDevelop event handling standards, escalation workflows, suppression policies, and alert tuning strategies to reduce noise and improve operational efficiency.\n\nDashboard & Reporting Engineering\nDesign and develop executive, operational, and technical dashboards using Dynatrace Dashboards\n\nCreate business service health dashboards, application performance dashboards, SLA reporting dashboards, and infrastructure monitoring views.\n\nDevelop advanced visualizations for:\nService availability\n\nApplication performance trends\n\nCapacity analytics\n\nEvent correlation\n\nIncident management KPIs\n\nObservability maturity reporting\n\nProvide meaningful insights and recommendations through data visualization and reporting.\n\nAutomation & Integration\nDevelop automation scripts using Python, Shell, Perl, or PowerShell.\n\nAutomate monitoring onboarding, dashboard creation, alert configuration, and reporting activities.\n\nIntegrate Dynatrace with enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Splunk, CyberArk, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services.\n\nUtilize REST APIs and Infrastructure as Code practices for monitoring automation.\n\nOperational Support & Governance\nMonitor platform performance, capacity, availability, and data ingestion health.\n\nTroubleshoot monitoring gaps, agent issues, integration failures, and dashboard performance concerns.\n\nDefine monitoring standards, governance policies, and operational best practices.\n\nCreate and maintain architecture documentation, SOPs, technical runbooks, and knowledge articles.\n\nSupport audit and compliance requirements by maintaining monitoring evidence and reporting controls.\n\nJob Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nOverall 8+ years of IT experience.\n\nMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dynatrace administration and observability engineering.\n\nMinimum 3+ years of experience integrating monitoring platforms with ServiceNow ITSM/Event Management.\n\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale monitoring environments across infrastructure and application landscapes.\n\nExperience in SaaS-based observability platforms and cloud monitoring solutions.\n\nStrong experience working with Linux/RHEL environments.\n\nDemonstrates advanced troubleshooting skills, analytical approach, and expertise in root-cause analysis within complex distributed environments.\n\nExperience operating within regulated industries, preferably banking or financial services.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nDynatrace Associate, Professional, or Certified Administrator certification.\n\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).\n\nExperience with Observability, AIOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.\n\nKnowledge of AWS, Azure, and Hybrid Cloud monitoring.\n\nExperience working within regulated financial services environments.\n\nMitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
