The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in machine learning, AI architecture, data science, MLOps, cloud platforms, and production-grade model deployment.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Define scalable AI/ML architecture and technology strategy aligned with business objectives.\n\n- Design end-to-end ML solutions covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, deployment, and monitoring.\n\n- Lead architecture and technical design for predictive analytics, NLP, recommendation, GenAI, and other AI use cases.\n\n- Evaluate ML frameworks, algorithms, platforms, and emerging AI technologies.\n\n- Establish MLOps practices covering model versioning, deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.\n\n- Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders.\n\n- Drive PoCs and productionization of machine learning solutions.\n\n- Optimize models and architectures for scalability, performance, reliability, and cost.\n\n- Define best practices for AI/ML development, security, responsible AI, and governance.\n\n- Mentor AI/ML engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.\n\n- Support solutioning, technical proposals, client workshops, and pre-sales activities.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 11-20 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Machine Learning Architecture.\n\n- Strong expertise in Python and Machine Learning algorithms.\n\n- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or equivalent.\n\n- Strong understanding of deep learning, NLP, predictive modelling, and model optimization.\n\n- Experience with MLOps, ML pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.\n\n- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI/ML services.\n\n- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, APIs, and microservices.\n\n- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases is highly desirable.\n\n- Strong
