We're looking for a customer-focused Booth Teller who enjoys working with people, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. What You'll Be Doing
As a Booth Teller, you'll be the face of Mukuru at our branches and booths, ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Processing remittance collections and sending transactions accurately
- Conducting KYC verification and compliance checks
- Handling cash transactions and balancing daily floats
- Monitoring transaction limits and reporting suspicious activities
- Assisting customers with compliance documentation when required
- Promoting Mukuru products and services to customers
- Maintaining secure cash and device management practices
- Delivering friendly, professional customer service every day
- Ensuring your booth and workspace remain safe, secure, and presentable
What Makes You a Great Fit?
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / High School Certificate
- Higher Certificate or Post-Secondary Qualification
Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the financial services environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of foreign currency transactions
- Understanding of KYC/FICA regulations
- Strong numeracy and cash-handling skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Administrative and organisational abilities
- High level of professionalism and integrity
