This will be achieved by agreeing, implementing, and monitoring individual and team objectives.\nAlongside your Team Leader role, you will perform your primary role as a QC Inspector whilst supporting your Line Manager with all people management within your team.\n\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPerform daily target checks.\nEncourage your team to deliver team targets and be confident in suggesting improvements.\nProvide support to your team when necessary, acting as a trainer/mentor providing technical assistance.\nProvide an alternative point of contact for employee queries.\nNote-taking in confidential meetings (i.e., investigations, recorded conversations)\nSupport Line Manager to monitor the team to check they comply to all health & safety regulations and company policies. Reporting any issues to your Line Manager.\nCommunicate where appropriate, information relating to the performance of the team to your Line Manager. \nRecommend/make suggestions to improve your team’s performance to your Line Manager.\nIdentify opportunities for training needs within your team and ensure these are implemented where possible. \nTake part in stock take.\nSupport Line Manager in resolving workforce needs and shortages.\nEnsure that agreed targets are met whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.\nIn the Quality Supervisors absence, you will cover their role taking on the following responsibilities:\nMaintain hourly work output paperwork for Quality Manager to approve upon their return.\nEnsure basic output figures are maintained.\nConduct basic housekeeping responsibilities.\nINSPECTION ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPromote the highest possible quality standards at all times.\nComplete 1st Production Sign Offs\nControl material inspections and ensure compliance against approved samples\nOversee Tolerance Board process\nMaintain all daily, weekly and monthly figures to ensure they are correct and kept updated for KPI use.\nCulture:\nEmbrace and demonstrate the Mulberry values and behaviours: honesty, dynamism, and a community-oriented spirit.\nSupport Mulberry to deliver an inclusive culture, through behaving in a way that is open-minded and respectful towards others, and understanding that your views, opinions, and experiences may not always be shared by your colleagues.\nAct as an ambassador for Mulberry and communicate positively about the brand.\nSustainability:\nAs a certified B Corp business, it is important to incorporate environmentally responsible practices into your work wherever possible.
