Garantiesachbearbeiter (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

  • Abwicklung von Garantie-und Kulanzansprüchen nach Herstellervorgabe
  • Kontrolle von Anträgen und Gutschriften
  • Wahrung von Richtlinien und Prozessabläufen
  • Ansprechpartner für die Werkstatt, das Lager und den Service

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie Organisationstalent
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Starke Belastbarkeit und Eigenmotivation
