It is not a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.\nResponsibilities:\nField lube services (50% of day) - oil changes, topping off hydraulic and coolant, etc.\nChanging filter including oil, air, fuel, etc.\nPerform preventative services on trucks and equipment - primarily easy and direct services that can be done without putting a unit out of service for long periods of time.\nPerform small and quick diagnostics or report back faulty items in the field.\nPerform small repairs in the field such as hydraulic line repairs, alternator replacements on equipment, battery replacements, quick assembly glass doors, etc.\nPerform quality control checks of the crew's daily maintenance - this will provide accountability for who is completing reports correctly and will also serve as training for team members who are filling out reports\nTake small portable equipment or safety related items to job sites that are located on their route for the day - fire extinguisher replacements, small tools, etc.\nSpecial projects or other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Requirements:\nMust be a US born citizen.\nMust have a clean background.\nMust have a valid driver's license.\nMust have a REAL ID.\nMust have reliable transportation to and from work.\nMinimum 3+ years of heavy equipment or diesel mechanic knowledge.\nMust be comfortable driving large vehicles - lube truck.\nMust be willing to learn additional tasks and follow instructions.\nPhysical Requirements:\nEmployee must be physically fit to perform manual labor in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.).\nRegularly required to sit and stand, must be able to use hands to fingers, handle or feel and verbally communicate and listen.\nOther physical requirements include walking, climbing or balancing and stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
