The consultant should have experience with ABAP on HANA, REST/OData APIs, CDS Views, RAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, and BTP integration/development services.\nAutomotive industry experience is preferred, particularly candidates who have worked with automotive OEMs, distributors, dealerships, or automotive-related organizations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP and modern ABAP development practices.\nDevelop applications and extensions on SAP BTP.\nWork with ABAP Cloud / Steampunk and cloud-compliant development approaches.\nDevelop and maintain:\nABAP Objects\nCDS Views\nRAP (RESTful Application Programming Model)\nOData services\nREST APIs\nBAPIs and RFCs\nUser Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancement Framework\nDevelop and support SAP Fiori/UI5 applications where required.\nWork with SAP HANA and develop optimized database solutions.\nDesign and implement integrations between SAP and external systems using SAP BTP Integration Suite and APIs.\nSupport SAP S/4HANA extensions and custom developments.\nAnalyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.\nPerform code reviews, performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting.\nPrepare technical specifications and development documentation.\nSupport unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.\nWork closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.\nProvide technical support during implementation and post-go-live activities.\nFollow SAP clean-core principles and cloud development best practices.\nRequirements\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.\nStrong hands-on experience with SAP BTP.\nStrong knowledge of ABAP Objects and ABAP development.\nExperience with ABAP on HANA.\nExperience with CDS Views and AMDP.\nExperience with RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model).\nStrong experience developing OData and REST APIs.\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA development and extensions.\nKnowledge of SAP BTP Extension Suite.\nExperience with SAP BTP Integration Suite is highly preferred.\nExperience with SAP Fiori/UI5 is an advantage.\nKnowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) is a plus.\nExperience with SAP Cloud Connector is a plus.\nStrong understanding of SAP integration technologies.\nExperience with debugging, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent English communication skills.\nAutomotive Experience -
