lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities:\n Lead end-to-end data migration activities, including planning, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation. \n Define and execute data migration strategies and methodologies for Skadina implementations. \n Oversee functional, integration, system, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. \n Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout migration and deployment phases. \n Develop and review test plans, test cases, test scripts, and quality metrics. \n Coordinate defect management, issue resolution, and root cause analysis activities. \n Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. \n Support cutover planning, deployment activities, and post-go-live stabilization. \n Monitor project quality standards and ensure compliance with established processes and best practices. \n Provide technical leadership and mentorship to related field. \n Minimum 8+ years of experience in enterprise application implementation, with significant experience in data migration and testing. \n Proven hands-on experience with the Skadina platform. \n Strong experience in data migration, ETL processes, data mapping, and data validation. \n Experience leading testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing. \n Strong understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and defect management processes. \n Experience with test management and defect tracking tools. \n Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. \n Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. \n Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. \nPreferred Qualifications:\n Experience in large-scale digital transformation or migration projects. \n Experience in government or public sector projects is highly preferred. \n Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks. \n
