This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep platform knowledge and a structured delivery mindset.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end migration planning: discovery, architecture, cutover, and post-migration validation\nConduct full assessment of the current on-prem instance (version, customizations, integrations, data volume)\nDesign the migration approach - clone-based lift, upgrade alignment, or phased rollout\nManage ServiceNow cloning, MID Server reconfiguration, and GCP connectivity\nAudit and remediate custom scripts, flows, and integrations pre-migration\nCoordinate with the client’s infrastructure and security teams on network, SSO, and firewall changes\nExecute UAT support, regression testing, and hypercare post-go-live\nProduce migration runbooks, risk registers, and cutover plans\nRequirements\nRequired Skills\n5+ years on the ServiceNow platform;
