You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical configurations and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.\nResponsibilities:\nConfigure and customize ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) applications to meet client requirements.\nCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.\nDevelop and maintain workflows, business rules, and integrations related to ServiceNow SPM.\nProvide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of ServiceNow SPM modules.\nConduct testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality delivery.\nDocument technical specifications, processes, and user guides to assist teams and clients.\nStay up to date with ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices to continuously improve client solutions.\nProvide training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and team members.\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.\nProficient in ServiceNow SPM configuration, customization, and administration.\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS as applied within the ServiceNow environment.\nExperience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.\nAbility to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.\nRelevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist -
