We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages that include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid holidays, paid vacation, and 401K.\nResponsibilities \nDevelop and implement project control processes and procedures to ensure teams are compliant with organization policies and standards.\nConduct regular audits and reviews to assess project compliance with established processes, identifying areas for improvement and corrective actions. \nProvide guidance and training to project teams on project control requirements and best practices.\nWork closely with the quality team to create, update, and maintain professional and compliant quality documentation.\nEnsure all quality-related documents are accurately recorded, filed, and accessible for audits and project reviews.\nAssist in tracking and monitoring quality metrics, deviations, and corrective actions as required.\nManage the filing system for construction projects, ensuring all documents and reports are organized and easily accessible.\nGenerate and distribute various project reports, including status updates, financial reports, and safety reports.\nAssist in compiling data and preparing reports for project meetings, reviews, and presentations.\nLearn the Assistant Project Manager role thoroughly to act as a backup for APMs during their absence or when additional support is needed.\nProvide training and support to new APMs during onboarding, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and project management processes.\nCollaborate with APMs to streamline workflows, share best practices, and improve project management efficiency.\nWork closely with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.\nCoordinate with various departments such as accounting, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure seamless project execution.\nAct as a liaison between different project stakeholders to resolve issues, address concerns, and maintain project alignment.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).\nPrevious experience in project management or construction administration is preferred.\nKnowledge of construction materials, equipment, processes, and project controls.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction/project management software.\nFamiliarity with construction safety and quality standards.\nAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nOSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications are desirable.\nJoin Us\nMullins Mechanical ranked #1,475 on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list and we’re proud to be one of the fastest growing privately held companies in America.
