This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is comfortable building and growing a brand from the ground up.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute the overall marketing and go-to-market strategy.\n\nEstablish the brand’s positioning, messaging, and communication strategy.\n\nPlan and oversee integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns.\n\nLead and coordinate the marketing team across performance marketing, social media, content creation, graphic design, and video production.\n\nDevelop strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand awareness.\n\nPlan and manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation across channels.\n\nEstablish and track key marketing KPIs, including CAC, ROAS, conversion, engagement, and retention.\n\nConduct market, competitor, and consumer research to identify opportunities and emerging trends.\n\nOversee social media strategy, partnerships, influencer collaborations, promotions, and launch activities.\n\nWork closely with Management, Operations, Business Development, and Technology teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.\n\nAnalyze campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing activities based on data and customer insights.\n\nManage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners when required.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.\n\n4–7 years of relevant marketing experience, with previous leadership or team-management experience preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of digital marketing, branding, performance marketing, social media, and content strategy.\n\nProven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to implementation.\n\nStrong analytical, leadership, communication, and project-management skills.\n\nExperience managing marketing budgets and performance KPIs.\n\nExcellent command of Arabic and English.\n\nExperience within startups, technology, e-commerce, delivery platforms, F&B, or other consumer-facing businesses is a strong advantage.\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing
