inquiries from employees, people managers, and/ or other HR professionals; route to appropriate tier or Business Partner as necessary.\nExecute HR transactions and activities in accordance with standard work, process flows, and company policies. \nAccurately enter, update, and validate data in HRIS or other platforms. \nMaintain case management records; update and close cases timely. \nEducate employees and people managers on processes, policies, and how to leverage self-service tools. \nIdentify process improvement opportunities and share with team lead. \nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and feedback sessions. \nOther tasks to be assigned from time to time. \n\nJob Requirements: \n3 – 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Employee Services or a related support function. \nExperience working within a service delivery model, shared services environment, or customer support organization. \nExperience managing employee inquiries and transactions through case management systems (Service Now Preferred) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) management. \nWorking knowledge of core HR processes including employee lifecycle events (hire, transfer, promotion, leave, termination) and HR policies. \nExperience using HRIS platforms (Dayforce Preferred). \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. \nStrong data entry, data validation, and record management skills with a high degree of accuracy. \nStrong customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. \nDemonstrated ability to research inquiries, interpret policies, and resolve routine to moderately complex employee issues. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nContinuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities. \nEffective verbal and written communication skills in English.\n\nOnly applicants who can legally live and work in Malaysia will be
