This will include day-to-date activities, maintenance activities (i.e. upgrades, changes, security), applicable documentation and training materials development, user training and identifying ways to further enhance and/or optimize particular area \nSystems Optimization: Performance Monitoring and Tuning \nSystems Maintenance: New version Upgrades, Security, and Testing \nDisaster Recovery Planning and Plan Management \nImprove development and project deliverable lead times through organized development practices, project management, accurate requirements gathering, interactive prototyping, and structured test plans. \nDocument required documentation that aligns with best practices & established standards \nMaintain the latest documentation versions current and validate for accuracy & integrity. \nClearly interpret business requirements to developers and interpret systems to users. \nDevelop testing test plans and work instructionsprocedures for all related systems. \nProvide 2nd Tier support to Service Desk as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). \nResolve assigned Incidents and respond within prescribed SLA. \nEnsure accuracy of Knowledge Base articles for selected applications and systems.\nAbout you:\nBachelors degree in IT, Computer Science/Engineering.
