Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management\nIdentify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and compliance with UL and ISO standards.\nConduct supplier audits and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications.\nMaintain approved vendor lists and ensure suppliers meet regulatory and safety requirements.\n2. UL & ISO Compliance\nEnsure all purchased products and components meet UL safety standards and ISO quality requirements.\nCollaborate with QA and Engineering teams to verify supplier certifications and product conformity.\nMaintain documentation and records for compliance audits and regulatory inspections.\nStay updated on changes in UL, ISO, and other relevant standards affecting procurement.\n3. Contract Negotiation & Management\nNegotiate pricing, delivery terms, and service agreements with suppliers.\nDraft and manage contracts ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.\nResolve disputes and manage supplier performance issues professionally.\n4. Procurement Planning & Execution\nForecast material requirements in collaboration with production and planning teams.\nEnsure timely procurement to support production schedules and minimize downtime.\nMonitor inventory levels and optimize stock turnover.\n5. Cost Optimization & Budget Control\nAnalyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.\nImplement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance.\nTrack and report procurement expenditures against budget.\n6. Market Research & Risk Management\nConduct market analysis to identify new suppliers and alternative materials.\nAssess supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.\nMonitor geopolitical and economic factors affecting supply continuity.\n7. Documentation & Reporting\nMaintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.\nPrepare procurement reports for management review.\nEnsure documentation supports UL and ISO audit requirements.\n8. Cross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with QA, Engineering, Finance, and Production departments.\nParticipate in product development and improvement initiatives.\nSupport internal audits and continuous improvement programs.\n9.
