In this role, you will lead a team of Client Acquisition Executives, oversee daily sales activity, support lead conversion, and ensure the team delivers a high standard of client engagement.\nYou will be responsible for coaching team members, monitoring performance, reviewing KPIs, supporting onboarding, and helping maintain a professional, compliant, and high-performing sales environment.
