The incumbent ensures that all expirables are reviewed, obtained and managed on a monthly basis according to the rules and policies; and works closely with the Coordinator and staff of the INW CVO office in coordinating, monitoring and maintaining the credentialing and re-credentialing process. Additional responsibilities include managing the flow of information between the MSO team, Medical Staff Leadership (including the Service and Committee chairpersons) and Administration, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the credentialing and clinical privileging database system while maintaining strict confidentiality.Works under the supervision of the Medical Staff Services Program Director to support medical staff activities and special projects for all physicians and health care affiliates within MultiCare Health System INW hospitals and MultiCare Rockwood Clinic, under the authority of the Chiefs of Staffs of the Medical Staffs and the CMO of Deaconess and Valley Hospitals.
