MultiCare’s Pulse Heart Institute is a physician led institute with multi-specialty partnership with Cardiothoracic surgery, vascular and cardiovascular service lines. Our team and state-of-the-art programs create a world-class health care organization and the destination center for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular care with complex structural heart disease and interventions, advanced heart failure service as well as advanced imaging with cutting edge technologies.
We are a well-established, high-volume Electrophysiology group within a larger Cardiovascular Institute. Our EP team currently includes five experienced electrophysiologists and five nurse practitioners, supported by a robust cardiovascular infrastructure. We are seeking an additional electrophysiologist to join our growing, collegial practice.

Practice Highlights
High-volume EP program with a full complement of complex procedures
Three dedicated EP labs, with a fourth EP lab planned
100% EP position - no general cardiology clinic required.
Full spectrum of device therapy: pacemakers, ICDs, CRT-D/P, leadless pacemakers, and subcutaneous ICDs
Complex ablation program, including AF, PVC, VT, and other arrhythmias
Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) closure program (e.g., WATCHMAN)
Lead extraction
Full suite of mapping systems, including: CARTO™, Affera™, and EnSite™
Multiple Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) platforms
Strong support team of five nurse practitioners
Integrated within a larger, well-resourced Cardiovascular Institute
FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: Variable
Base Compensation: $687,150.00 plus production bonus, performance bonus and call pay

- Board certified/eligible at time of employment
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
