Descripción del puesto

MSION

  • Apoyar en la gestión eficiente y precisa de los procesos financieros, contribuyendo al registro, análisis y control de las operaciones contables y de tesorería.

FUNCIONES GENERALES

  • Registro de transacciones: Ingresar datos financieros en el sistema contable, como facturas, recibos y pagos.
  • Conciliaciones bancarias: Comparar los registros contables con los estados bancarios para identificar discrepancias.
  • Control de cuentas por cobrar y por pagar: Verificar facturas pendientes de pago o cobros pendientes.
  • Gestión de archivos: Organizar y mantener actualizados los registros contables de la empresa.
  • Control de pagos: Apoyar en la programación y ejecución de pagos a proveedores y obligaciones fiscales.
  • Gestión de cuentas bancarias: Ayudar en la apertura, seguimiento y cierre de cuentas bancarias de la empresa.

Requisitos

DISPONIBILIDAD

  • Disponibilidad para cubrir una jornada de 6 horas diarias. de Lunes a Viernes de 8.30 a 14.30

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

  • Estudiantes activos de la carrera de contabilidad y auditoria, tesoreria o afines

CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECIFICOS

  • Conocimiento Intermedio en Microsoft Office.
  • Conocimiento Básico en sistemas contables
