# Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated fresher to join our sales team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in technology sales across domains like AI/ML, video analytics, embedded systems, and semiconductor solutions. You will work closely with senior sales leaders and business units to support customer engagement, identify opportunities, and contribute to business growth. Responsibilities: Support the sales team in managing and nurturing customer accounts. Learn MCW’s offerings in AI/ML, video, embedded systems, and engineering services. Assist in identifying customer needs and aligning them with MCW’s capabilities. Help in preparing proposals, presentations, and solution documents. Participate in client meetings and take notes on requirements and follow-ups. Conduct basic market and competitor research to understand industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams (business units, engineering, and sales operations) to support sales activities. Maintain accurate customer data and update opportunities in the CRM tool (U Pilot).
