results, and observed failure modes\nEstablish reusable patterns for building scalable\nagentic systems.\nRequirements\nEducation:\nRelevant\ndegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related\nfield.\nTechnical Skills (Must haves):\nNext.js, Node.js, Python\nSQL and NoSQL databases\nAPI design and backend architecture\nDocker\nLLM integration using OpenAI, Anthropic, or\nopen-source models\nAgent workflows, tool use, memory, or RAG-based\nsystems\nStreaming responses and real-time AI interaction\npatterns\nAgent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex,\nCrewAI, AutoGen, or similar\nVector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate,\nQdrant, Milvus, or pgvector\nObservability, reliability, fallback handling,\nand debugging in production\nEvaluation frameworks for LLM or agent\nperformance\nWorkflow orchestration systems\nNeed to have (Can be bridged):\nStrong understanding of system design, APIs, and\nproduction-grade architecture\nAbility to work through ambiguity and make\npragmatic engineering decisions\nStrong ownership mindset with experience taking\nfeatures from idea to production\nGood to have (Not
