and\nsuccessful customer outcomes. \nProvide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineers in areas such as\nlow-level optimization, parallel programming, vectorization, memory hierarchy\noptimization, profiling, performance analysis, debugging, benchmarking, and\nperformance tuning to enable successful execution and delivery of projects.\nWork directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand performance\nrequirements, optimization goals, bottlenecks, and expected outcomes\n.\nConduct technical reviews, problem-solving, and technical decision-making to support\nsuccessful execution of projects.\nStay current with advancements in machine learning, computer vision, high\nperformance computing, and heterogeneous compute architectures.\nRequirements\nQualifications \nBTech/BE/MTech/ME/MS/PhD in CSE/IT/ECE or related field.\n5+ years of experience in software development, performance engineering, algorithm\noptimization, porting, or low-level software development. \nProven experience in leading technical execution of projects, mentoring engineers, and\ndriving successful project delivery. \nStrong interest and passion for technical leadership, team guidance, customer\nengagement, and ownership of project execution and delivery.\nStrong expertise in C/C++, CUDA, OpenCL, HIP, SYCL, or similar programming models. \nHands-on experience optimizing software for CPUs, GPUs, DSPs, NPUs, or other\naccelerator architectures.\nStrong understanding of parallel computing concepts, SIMD/vectorization, threading\nmodels, cache/memory optimization, profiling, benchmarking, and performance tuning.\nStrong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
