Complete tagging as per the DMN procedure. \nChange the lot code numbers (as required). \nEnsure that the press, feeder, and entire working area is kept clean and safe at all times.\nReport any abnormalities or unsafe conditions of parts or machinery to the department leadhand, supervisor, or manager. \nFollow all departmental and general procedures where applicable. \nPerform other duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Department Manager. \nAbide by all company safety rules, responsibilities, policies, and procedures including the legislative requirements of the OHSA. \nWork in compliance and conform to the Environment and ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards. \nAdopt and practice Kaizen principles; participate in Kaizen and GEAR activities.\nBasic Requirements:\nMinimum of 2 years of experience as a press operator. \nForklift and overhead crane experience.\nAbility to program new tooling parameters into gudel feeding equipment.\nAbility to organize and program sensors and wires. \nKnowledge of RS view logic screens.\nKnowledge of servo type rail systems.\nTroubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nSPC Level 1.\nThis job posting is for an existing vacancy.
