The role will provide hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain operations while supporting accurate records, process improvements, and cross-functional problem-solving.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist the Purchasing team with day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.\nSupport STORES operations, including inventory-related activities and maintaining accurate records.\nWork closely with Purchasing, Logistics, and Stores to identify, investigate, and resolve inventory-related issues.\nSupport the SAP implementation team with system-related activities, data entry, testing, documentation, and other tasks as required.\nHelp maintain accurate and organized purchasing and inventory records\nDemonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.\nDemonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with data and reports.\nCommunicate effectively with internal departments and suppliers through professional verbal and written communication.\nBasic Requirements:\nCurrently enrolled in a college or university co-op program in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team\nThis job posting is for an existing vacancy.
