One year or more automotive manufacturing experience. Prior leadership and/or technical experience would benefit this individual. The ability to write effective correspondence. The ability to write work instructions and set up procedures. The ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Effectively represent the company professionally to customers, suppliers and other associates within the organization.\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS\nAbility to apply concepts such as addition, subtraction, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.\nREASONING ABILITY\nThe ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
