For MAMT to continue to lead industry, it is critical that the highest quality of product to be delivered in a timely manner.\nKey Responsibilities\nWorking with Team Leads and Project Managers to identify, secure, and onboard resources for the program\nOpening Jobs in SAP\nAdhere to IATF standards/ process flow and make sure the team is following process maps\nScheduling internal and external program meetings while also tracking and following up with action items\nGenerating invoice requests to ensure timely invoices\nIdentifying any barriers to successful program execution and escalating as appropriate\nManaging contracts and agreements with clients to ensure all requirements are fulfilled\nInteract with Design Engineers/Fabricators/Apprentice to develop (high volume) manufacturable components with an eye for product improvement and potential build issues\nMaintain job folder/electronic data and ensure proper job closure\nAttend meetings as required\nKeep supervisor informed of all program issues\nEnsure adequate communication with other program team members\nMaintain accurate timesheets and ensure they are completed on time\nFollow all documented quality procedures\nObserve and enforce all company safety rules, policies and procedures\nAttend all training courses required\nDocument/present information obtained from conferences and training courses as required\nParticipating in MAMT’s continuous improvement activities\nUnderstanding how different projects interlink and overlap\nBalance project priorities to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction\nPerform all other duties as determined by the General Manager or his designate\nBasic Requirements:\nUniversity Degree required (Mechanical/Aerospace).\nMinimum 3 years related experience.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nWork proactively with little supervision\nFlexible and adaptive to a frequently changing environment\nTaking and giving constructive feedback\nStrong project management, leadership, and organizational skills\nClose attention to detail and a high level of accuracy\nBackground in GD&T an asset\nExperience working with OEM\nExcellent problem-solving skills\nAbility to plan, organize, and schedule multiple component projects\nBasic knowledge of standard industry Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nMeasurement Bases:\nQuality components delivered on time to customers\nTimely tooling production\nCommunication with Lead Hand, Toolmakers and Prototype Manager\nEffectiveness of training provided to Apprentices\nCompliance with company safety rules, policies, and procedures\nHarmonious relations with other employees\nAll areas identified on the Performance Review form\nTraining Requirements\nSoftware Packages as required\nGD&T\nKaizen Foundations\nThis job posting is for an existing vacancy.
