Audit, enforce and train other associates on all aspects of the quality policy. Should be self-directed and work well with minimal supervision.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nGD&T - Must be able to read, interpret and understand blue prints\nGeneral understanding & knowledge of production processes and how parts are produced, and how characteristics impact downstream customers\nHold non-conforming materials (use inventory management)\nSort through non-conforming material as necessary to aid in disposition\nFile and maintain in-process inspection reports\nAssist Quality Engineers in performing capability studies, gauge R&R’s and analyzing process variances\nAssist with running any extra testing required as part of validation process after quarantine\nProblem solve and work with operations on shift to determine root cause of material on hold, and make the appropriate changes to limit the amount of material placed on hold\nPerform control plan audits.
