We have an initialproof of concept in place and need a hands-onspecialistto help bring it to a level that works for the entire organization.\nThis role is technical and practical. You will be directly involved in configuring, extending, and maintaining Teamcenter Active Workspace- working alongside strong engineers who understand our design workflows but not the underlying Teamcenter architecture (BMIDE, reporting, stylesheets, etc.). This is not a consulting, advisory, or people management role. The deployment is specific to a Teamcenter Active Workspace deployment, not the Rich Client, but a working knowledge of Rich Client is important for backend configuration.\nResponsibilities\nEstablish clear, maintainable patterns for configuration, data modeling, and deployment\n\nConfigure and maintainthe Teamcenter data model using BMIDE (business objects, attributes, LOVs, relations, rules)\n\nTest configuration and data model changes to ensure successfuldeployment without negatively affecting existing implementation\n\nManage deployments across environments and ensure changes are controlled and understandable by others\n\nEdit and maintainActive Workspace stylesheets (XRT) to control create pages, summary views, and attribute visibility\n\nWork closely with internal engineers, explaining how the system works andthe rationale behind design decisions\n\nProduce clear documentation and run books so the system does not depend on tribal knowledge\n\nMandatory Qualifications\n5+ years hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter in a production environment\n\nStrong working knowledge of BMIDE and Teamcenter data model concepts.\n\nDirect experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace (configuration and administration; experience with Rich Client alone is not sufficient)\n\nExperience editing or maintainingActive Workspace stylesheets (XRT) or equivalent UI configuration\n\nBachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline\n\nKnowledge of Teamcenter Dispatcher Client application and troubleshooting\n\nStrong communicationskills, with the ability to work effectively with others while confidently making technical decisions.\n\nNice to Have Qualifications\nExperience with Teamcenter reporting / PLMXML / report builder concepts\n\nExperience with at least one of NX or CATIA V5 in an engineering environment\n\nMultiCADor OEM/supplier data exchange experience\n\nHands-on experience with SOA and ITK customization\n\nKnowledge of Teamcenter Workflow creation, modificationand Workflow handlers\n\nMultimatic offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative engineering environment where innovation and technical excellence are valued.\nThis is an on-site position at the Markham location.\nContract Duration: Initial 12-month contract with possibility of permanent conversion.\nThis job posting is for an existing vacancy.
