Prior experience with ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs or AI agent development is anadvantage but is not essential. \nCompany Address : 50 Bukit Batok Street 23, #05-15,Singapore 659578\nWorking hour : Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 06:30pm\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain internal AI applications that support company operations, information retrieval, document processing and reporting.\nUse OpenAI models through APIs to build company AI assistants that help employees search information, analyses documents and prepare work outputs.\nDevelop AI agents that retrieve information, use approved tools and carry out defined tasks, with suitable approval checkpoints and activity logs.\nConnect company applications, including CRM, project management and document storage systems, through available APIs and other supported interfaces.\nOrganize approved company documents and records into a searchable knowledge platform, with source references and departmental access permissions.\nWork with internal departments to automate repetitive tasks, document preparation, follow-up tracking and reporting.\nDevelop tools to extract, classify and validate information from purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, contracts and project records.\nBuild backend services, databases and user interfaces.
