The role will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, tendering, progress claims, variations, EOT claims, and commercial risk management, while working closely with clients, Friday,08:30am to 06:30pm\nJob Responsibilities:\nManage quantity surveying and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, from tender stage to project completion.\nReview tender documents and assist in preparing tender submissions, cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), scope of works, and commercial proposals.\nReview, interpret, and assist in negotiating contract and subcontract terms, conditions, and commercial requirements with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.\nMonitor project costs, progress, contractual obligations, and commercial performance, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and contract entitlements.\nPrepare, submit, and negotiate progress claims, Variation Orders (VO), Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and other contractual submissions with proper supporting documentation.\nEvaluate completed works and review client, main contractor, and subcontractor progress claims, payments, and variations in accordance with contract provisions.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date variation, claims, contract, payment, and cost tracking records, ensuring timely submissions and proper documentation.\nIdentify and monitor commercial and contractual risks, potential claims, cost implications, and opportunities to protect project margins and minimize disputes.\nAssist in the preparation and administration of subcontract agreements, including monitoring subcontractor payments, variations, and contractual compliance.\nAttend project and site meetings and provide commercial and contractual input, while coordinating closely with project Managers, Engineers, Clients, Main Contractors, and subcontractors.\nAssist in dispute avoidance and resolution, including preparing contractual notices, responses, supporting documents, and negotiation materials where required.\nMaintain complete and audit-ready contract and commercial documentation, and provide regular updates on project costs, claims, variations, risks, and overall commercial performance to Management.\nRequirements\nDegree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, or commercial roles within the construction industry.\nProven experience in managing variations, claims, Extension of Time (EOT), progress claims, and other contractual matters.\nAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings, project specifications, Bills of Quantities, and tender documentation.\nStrong analytical, commercial, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail.\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently, manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and meet tight
