This belief powers our approach, which we call Happiness by Design.\n\nLet’s build a happier way to work—together.\n\nThe person we're looking for\nWe’re seeking a Senior Illustrator with a proven ability to create illustrations that bring complex ideas and brands to life, guide teams on the craft of visual storytelling, and shape an illustration strategy that supports both users and business goals.\n\nJob Overview\nSome things you will be responsible for: \n\nCreate illustrations across a wide range of styles, adapting your approach to fit each client's brand, audience, and tone.\n\nWork within established illustration languages, respecting what's already there while pushing it forward in ways that feel natural to the brand.\n\nCreate moodboards and gather reference that set a clear creative direction for each project.\n\nTalk clients and the team through your thinking, explaining how the references come together and the outcome they point toward.\n\nDevelop new, ownable illustration styles for clients, drawing on reference, research, and inspiration to create something distinct and true to their brand.\n\nBuild illustration systems, not just one-off pieces. Think reusable elements, clear rules, and style guides that hold up as a brand grows.\n\nDocument your styles so the wider team can confidently use and extend them across a project.\n\nExplore new tools and technologies, including AI, as a way to extend your craft.
