end-to-end benefits operations including onboarding, enrollments, changes, renewals, and offboarding.\n\nMaintain accurate employee benefits records across HR and benefits systems.\n\nSupport annual renewals and open enrollment cycles.\n\nEmployee & Customer Support\nRespond to benefits-related queries from employees, customers, and internal teams.\n\nExplain benefits coverage, eligibility, and processes in a clear and timely manner.\n\nEscalate complex or high-risk cases to senior ops or benefits leadership.\n\nPayroll & Vendor Coordination\nCoordinate with Payroll teams to ensure accurate deductions, contributions, and reporting.\n\nWork closely with insurance carriers, brokers, and TPAs to resolve operational issues.\n\nTrack vendor turnaround times and follow up on pending actions.\n\nCompliance & Documentation\nEnsure benefits administration aligns with local statutory requirements and company policies.\n\nMaintain SOPs, checklists, and audit-ready documentation.\n\nSupport audits and data requests when required.\n\nProcess Improvement & Reporting\nIdentify recurring operational issues and suggest process improvements.\n\nTrack basic operational metrics such as ticket volumes, resolution time, and error rates.\n\nContribute to knowledge bases and internal documentation.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n2-5+ years of experience in Benefits Operations, HR Operations, or a related role.\n\nHands-on experience with employee benefits administration (health insurance, statutory benefits, etc.).\n\nExposure to multi-country or regional benefits operations is a strong plus.\n\nStrong attention to detail and operational discipline.\n\nGood communication skills with the ability to explain benefits clearly.\n\nComfort working with HR systems, ticketing tools, and spreadsheets.\n\nOrganized, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nAccurate and timely benefits processing.\n\nMinimal errors and rework in payroll and
