The individual must be hands-on, have the audacity to drive improvements, and demonstrate strong communication skills.\nThe ideal candidate will be an accountant with experience keeping record and validating financial data and hands on experience preparing financial reports with utmost data accuracy. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare monthly/annual financial closing reports, monthly audit schedules including GL to Sub-GL reconciliation with ageing etc.\n\nHandling of accounting controls (such as assets, liabilities, incomes and gains reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, etc.).\n\nEnsuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies\n\nResponsible for variance analysis - monthly, quarterly and annually.\n\nCreate ad-hoc reports for various business needs\n\nQualification\nQualified CA with experience of 1-2 years.\n\nEffective communication and presentation skills\n\nStrong project and time management skills\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks\n\nFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)\n\nExperience in Net-Suite Application is mandatory.\n\nEqual employment opportunity\nMultiplier is an equal opportunity employer: we value diversity.
