We are looking for a high-ownership Accountant to support financial reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and MIS in a dynamic, evolving environment.\nThis role requires strong accounting fundamentals, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to bring structure to fast-moving operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on consolidation experience and strong working knowledge of NetSuite.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonthly Reporting & MIS\nPrepare monthly management reports including consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow\n\nDeliver structured variance analysis (budget vs actuals, country-wise and product-wise performance)\n\nSupport preparation of investor and leadership reporting packs\n\nTrack key business metrics relevant to EOR operations (headcount, payroll cost, FX impact, margins)\n\nMulti-Entity Consolidation\nAssist in consolidation of multiple subsidiaries across geographies\n\nSupport FX revaluation and FCTR impact analysis\n\nCoordinate with local accounting teams for reporting alignment\n\nSchedule Preparation & Controls\nPrepare and maintain detailed balance sheet schedules\n\nSupport statutory audit and investor due diligence requirements\n\nStrengthen financial controls in a scaling environment\n\nNetSuite & Process Optimization\nWork extensively on NetSuite for reporting and consolidation\n\nGenerate saved searches and structured reports\n\nIdentify automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention\n\nSupport system-driven consolidation and reporting improvements\n\nRequired Qualifications\nChartered Accountant\n\n3-5 years of experience in accounting, reporting, or consolidation\n\nStrong understanding of financial statements and consolidation principles\n\nHands-on experience with NetSuite (preferred)\n\nStrong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, structured analysis)\n\nExperience handling multi-currency environments\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nHigh ownership mindset -
