Our platform empowers companies to hire and manage talent anywhere in the world - while simplifying compliance, payroll, and benefits. Backed by Sequoia, DST, and Tiger Global, we’re transforming how companies scale globally.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a BizOps Manager to serve as the lead designer and technical strategist of our internal operational \"engine.\" This is a high-impact role for a person with prior Salesforce & Servicecloud expertise who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution.\nYou won’t just be documenting workflows; you will be responsible for the architectural integrity of how Multiplier scales. You will deconstruct complex domains-Payment Operations, Benefits, Mobility, and AR/AP-and translate them into a high-performing Salesforce environment. You are the \"bridge\" who can talk API integrations with developers and ROI with the C-Suite.\nWhat You’ll Do\nArchitectural Strategy & Design\nEnd-to-End Solutioning: Design the \"Future State\" architecture for global operations, ensuring that Salesforce (specifically Service Cloud) is configured to handle complex, multi-entity workflows.\n\nThe Technical Bridge: Translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications, including custom objects, complex Flow logic, and integration points with Fintech stacks.\n\nOperational Engineering\nWorkflow Automation: Take full ownership of building and maintaining sophisticated Salesforce Flows and automation tools that reduce manual touchpoints across our customer lifecycle.\n\nSLA & Metric Infrastructure: Build the tracking architecture to monitor KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring the system enforces accountability automatically.\n\nStakeholder Management & Leadership\nCross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between BizOps, Product, Finance, and GTM Systems. You ensure that a change in a back-office payment process doesn't break the front-end customer experience.\n\nGovernance & Change Management: Lead the rollout of new systems. You aren't just shipping features; you are driving adoption through clear documentation, enablement, and influence.\n\nProcess Discovery & Optimization\nDeep-Dive Audits: Conduct \"look-under-the-hood\" sessions to identify friction in post-sales teams, using data to prove where processes are failing and where automation can win.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExperience: 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years in a Lead/Manager role within FinTech or B2B SaaS.\n\nSalesforce Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud. You should be an expert in Flow Builder, Case Management, and Data Modeling. (Salesforce Architect certifications are a significant plus).\n\nBusiness Acumen: A strong understanding of the \"Order-to-Cash\" cycle or Global Mobility/Payroll logic. You understand how data flow affects the balance sheet.\n\nStakeholder Influence: Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and \"push back\" when a requested business process doesn't scale technically.\n\nAnalytical Tooling: Proficiency in process mapping (LucidChart/Miro) and the ability to query data (SQL or Salesforce Reports) to identify operational bottlenecks.\n\nExecution Mindset: You are a \"Player-Coach\" who can design a 12-month roadmap and then dive in to build a prototype the same afternoon.\n\nWhat We Offer\nArchitectural Ownership: The autonomy to define the technical and operational blueprint of a global unicorn.\n\nHigh Visibility: Your work directly impacts Multiplier’s efficiency and our customers' satisfaction.\n\nCollaborative Environment: Work alongside a world-class team supported by top-tier investors.\n\nMission-Driven Growth: Competitive compensation and the chance to shape the future of global work.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3842,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":6,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-22T09:53:41Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":90,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.903,"p_room":1,"age_days":7,"expected_fill_days":35,"reasons":["conf:1","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-29T05:49:05Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/multiplier-manager-business-operations","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/multiplier-manager-business-operations.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-29T19:31:07Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":29003,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-30T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":175391},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=175391"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fmultiplier-manager-business-operations"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fmultiplier-manager-business-operations"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fmultiplier-manager-business-operations"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/multiplier-manager-business-operations\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fmultiplier-manager-business-operations"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":3072594}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"usemultiplier.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":3072594},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
