While our Partnership Directors focus on signing new alliances, you will be responsible for making those alliances famous and profitable.\nYou will own the \"Go-to-Market\" strategy for our partners, designing co-marketing campaigns, running high-impact events, and creating the enablement tools that help partners-and our own sellers-convert leads into customers.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Co-Marketing & Strategy\nStrategic Support: Act as the dedicated marketing lead for the Strategic Partnership team, aligning marketing initiatives with overall partnership revenue goals.\n\nJoint GTM Plans: Develop and execute integrated co-marketing plans with key partners (VC firms, PE firms, HR Tech platforms, and Neo-banks) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.\n\nCampaign Management: Lead the execution of webinars, whitepapers, and digital campaigns that highlight the combined value proposition of Multiplier and our partners.\n\n2. Event Execution & Pipeline Generation\nPartner Events: Plan and host exclusive physical and virtual events, from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale partner summits.\n\nPipeline Growth: Take accountability for the \"Partner-Sourced Pipeline\" metric, ensuring that every marketing activity has a clear path to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) conversion.\n\nBudget Ownership: Manage the partner marketing budget, ensuring high ROI on co-sponsored events and sponsorships.\n\n3. Seller Activation & Enablement\nInternal Advocacy: Run \"Seller Activation\" programs to educate Multiplier’s internal sales team on how to leverage our partners to close deals faster.\n\nCollateral Creation: Collaborate with the Design and Content teams to build co-branded \"Sales Plays,\" pitch decks, and one-pagers that empower partners to sell Multiplier effectively.\n\nSuccess Stories: Identify and produce joint case studies and testimonials that showcase successful customer outcomes through our partner ecosystem.\n\n4. Optimization & Reporting\nPerformance Tracking: Monitor the performance of all co-marketing activities, providing monthly reports on lead volume, conversion rates, and partner engagement.\n\nFeedback Loops: Regularly sync with the Sales and Product teams to ensure our partner messaging stays ahead of market trends and competitor moves.\n\nWho You Are\nThe \"Connector\": You enjoy building relationships and can speak the language of both a creative marketer and a quota-carrying salesperson.\n\nEvent Pro: You aren't afraid of the logistics required to run a world-class event, whether it’s a 10-person dinner or a 500-person webinar.\n\nRevenue-Driven: You don’t just care about \"brand awareness\"; you care about how many deals are in the pipe.\n\nSelf-Starter: You thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment and are comfortable building processes from scratch.\n\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, or Demand Generation within the B2B SaaS space.\n\nProven track record of running successful co-marketing campaigns that resulted in measurable pipeline growth.\n\nExperience using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms to track lead attribution.\n\nExcellent project management skills-you can juggle multiple partner launches simultaneously without breaking a sweat.\n\nExceptional communication and presentation skills.\n\nNote: This role is fully remote.
