This is where you come in.\nRole Purpose\nAs a Senior Content Designer, you will shape language as part of the product system - not as an afterthought.\nYou will work embedded within a tribe (e.g., Core Payroll, Experience, FinX, Foundations, or Benefits) to define how flows work through language, structure, and information hierarchy.\nYou understand the difference between explaining how something works and defining how it works.\nThis role is about clarity, influence, and raising the content craft bar inside a scaling organisation.\nWhat You’ll Do\n1. Design Language Within Product Flows\nCraft microcopy, labels, messaging, and structural content within complex workflows.\n\nTranslate compliance-heavy or financial concepts into clear, human language.\n\nCollaborate closely with Product Designers to ensure language and interaction work as one system.\n\nContribute to information architecture decisions.\n\nYou design language as part of the interaction model.\n2. Cocreate Problems Early\nPartner with Product, Product Design and Engineering during discovery.\n\nClarify terminology and naming conventions at the problem-definition stage.\n\nSurface ambiguities in flows through language testing and iteration.\n\nHelp define success criteria tied to comprehension and task completion.\n\nYou influence how features are structured - not just how they’re worded.\n3. Align with Voice and Tone Standards\nApply and evolve Multiplier’s voice and tone guidelines.\n\nEnsure tonal consistency across onboarding, payroll, compliance alerts, and financial workflows.\n\nMaintain clarity across markets and cultural contexts.\n\nRaise inconsistencies that create friction or mistrust.\n\nYou help the product feel coherent and confident.\n4. Collaborate Across Functions\nWork deeply with UXR to validate comprehension and clarity.\n\nPartner with Engineering to ensure scalable, reusable content patterns.\n\nContribute actively in critique sessions.\n\nGuide Product Designers in language craft where appropriate.\n\nYou strengthen collaboration, not siloed ownership.\n5.
