The future is borderless. Let’s build it together.\nAs a Manager IT & Security you will be the operational backbone of Multiplier's IT and security function. Owning the day-to-day execution of our security program, IT operations, and compliance posture across a distributed, remote-first workforce. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)\nYour Role:\nStrategize and manage deployment of enterprise & security tools like Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, DLP, Zero Trust Solutions and other SaaS & security solutions.\n\nImplement and maintain cybersecurity measures (access controls, antivirus, MDM,DLP, patch management).\n\nExecute and provision IAM (RBAC, ABAC) in compliance with global policies, ensuring proper access controls.\n\nOversee deployment, configuration, and monitoring of cloud infrastructure for enterprise/SaaS tools and enterprise endpoints.\n\nMaintain comprehensive IT & Security documentation (Runbooks, KPIs, troubleshooting guides).\n\nManage software licensing, hardware procurement, and vendor relationships.\n\nTechnical Skills / Qualifiers:\n8+ years of experience in enterprise solutions and developer tools, including 3+ years in leadership or strategic roles.\n\nExpertise in managing enterprise and security tools and software (e.g., Google Suite, Jira, IDAM, DLP, AV).\n\nProven track record in overseeing large-scale IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud, and endpoint security.\n\nHands-on with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.\n\nStrong understanding of security, logging, RBAC, firewalls, and data protection.\n\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.\n\nProject planning and delivery-centric approach\n\nPerks\nFlexible vacation.\n\nFlexible work times.\n\nEquipment you need to do your job\n\nHealth Insurance\n\nAttractive ESOPs\n\nEqual employment opportunity:\nMultiplier is an equal opportunity employer: we value diversity.
