involvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Architecture & Platform Design\nArchitect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.\n\nDesign data models, security architecture, sharing models, and role hierarchies.\n\nDefine integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven).\n\nProduce technical architecture documents, solution designs, and governance standards.\n\nEnsure adherence to Salesforce best practices and platform limits.\n\nArchitect servicelcoud case management lifecycle, SLAs, entitlements, and escalation frameworks.\n\nOptimize agent console performance and service analytics.\n\nData Cloud & Customer Data Architecture\nDesign and implement Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer profiles.\n\nArchitect data ingestion from CRM, ERP, warehouses, and external systems.\n\nImplement identity resolution, harmonization, and calculated insights.\n\nEnable real-time segmentation and activation into CRM workflows.\n\nManage large data volumes and performance optimization.\n\nAI & Intelligent CRM Capabilities\nArchitect AI-driven use cases using Salesforce native AI capabilities.\n\nImplement predictive scoring (opportunity, case classification).\n\nConfigure Next Best Action frameworks.\n\nEnable generative AI use cases (case summaries, email drafting, knowledge generation).\n\nEmbed AI insights into automated workflows and decision processes.\n\nIntegrations, APIs, Middleware, Automation\nDesign and implement REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming API integrations.\n\nArchitect inbound and outbound integrations with ERP, marketing platforms, and data warehouses.\n\nWork with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, etc.).\n\nImplement OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and secure authentication mechanisms.\n\nDesign event-driven architectures using Platform Events and Change Data Capture.\n\nEnsure scalability, fault tolerance, and monitoring of integrations.\n\nDesign and implement ETL pipelines into Salesforce.\n\nArchitect reverse ETL workflows to sync data from multiple sources back into Salesforce.\n\nManage data transformations, deduplication, and reconciliation.\n\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and governance.\n\nArchitect complex automation using record-triggered and scheduled flows, orchestration, apex-based automation etc.\n\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\n7-10+ years of Salesforce experience.\n\n3+ years in an Architect or Technical Lead capacity.\n\nDeep hands-on expertise in:\nApex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL\n\nSalesforce APIs\n\nIntegration architecture\n\nService Cloud implementations\n\nData Cloud architecture\n\nETL and Reverse ETL pipelines\n\nExperience designing enterprise-scale CRM ecosystems.\n\nStrong understanding of identity, security, and access models.\n\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments.\n\nFamiliarity with data warehouse ecosystems.\n\nExperience implementing AI use cases within Salesforce.\n\nStrong stakeholder communication and executive presence.\n\nAbility to translate business strategy into scalable technical
