As a Sr Technical Program Manager, you will play a significant role in delivering company-wide initiatives that contribute to the dominance of Multiplier in this space.\nWhat Will I Be Doing?\nLead and manage multiple high-impact projects and programs across various products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.\n\nCollaborate closely with senior engineering, product, and design leaders to develop comprehensive program milestones, track progress rigorously, and provide transparent updates to all stakeholders.\n\nOversee and manage complex program dependencies, proactively addressing issues and mitigating risks.\n\nAlign product and technical roadmaps with overarching company objectives, driving strategic initiatives forward.\n\nImplement continuous improvements in product delivery and project organization, ensuring high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.\n\nChampion project management and Agile best practices, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.\n\nFoster and grow a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive culture that reflects Multiplier’s values and enhances team performance.\n\nWhat Do I Need?\n7+ years of experience as a technical program/project manager or in a related discipline, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex programs. Experience in a start-up environment or B2B is a plus.\n\nExperience working as a software engineer or having a strong background in Computer Science.
