Let’s build it together.\nWhat will I be doing?\nLeading the design, development, and delivery of large-scale, complex product initiatives.\n\nDriving technical strategy and architectural decisions to scale our platform and improve resilience, performance, and security.\n\nPartnering closely with product, design, and leadership teams to align engineering efforts with business goals, ensuring customer delight and measurable success.\n\nMentoring and inspiring engineers across the team, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.\n\nSpearheading efforts to implement engineering best practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, and efficient code review processes.\n\nIdentifying and solving high-impact technical challenges while influencing engineering and product direction.\n\nContinuously exploring and advocating for new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.\n\nWhat do I need?\n10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
