Global Payroll Knowledge & Process Ownership\nAct as the go-to expert for payroll policies, processes, and compliance queries across global teams\n\nEnsure accuracy, compliance, and standardization of payroll workflows across multiple countries\n\nAnalyze monthly payroll operations and QA performance data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement areas\n\nRecommend and implement scalable payroll process improvements to reduce recurring issues\n\nOwn and continuously improve payroll documentation, SOPs, knowledge repositories, and compliance guidelines\n\n2. Payroll Training & Enablement\nPartner with Enablement teams to design and enhance payroll training programs and documentation\n\nConduct payroll onboarding sessions and continuous training for operations teams\n\nIdentify knowledge gaps related to payroll laws, compliance, and system processes\n\nDrive continuous upskilling in payroll operations, compliance, and best practices\n\n3. Payroll Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement\nReview payroll QA trends and audit reports to generate actionable insights\n\nEnsure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of payroll processing\n\nMonitor effectiveness of improvement initiatives and validate measurable outcomes\n\nIntroduce scalable improvement frameworks such as payroll audit checks, error reduction programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives\n\nPromote a culture of payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence\n\n4. Payroll Incident & Escalation Management\nAct as Incident Commander for payroll escalations, including payroll delays, discrepancies, or compliance risks\n\nCoordinate with HR, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure timely resolution\n\nProvide clear and structured communication during payroll incidents\n\nMaintain detailed documentation and drive post-incident analysis and corrective actions\n\n5.
